WHOLESALE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Wholesale orders have a minimum of $150.00. Repeat orders have a minimum of $100.00

Opening orders must be paid by credit card  or business check through PayPal  upon shipment of the order. You do not have to have a PayPal account to pay through PayPal you can pay as a guest. Subsequent orders with an established business relationship will have the option of an invoice payable within 30 days. After receipt of the order and after submission and acceptance of two prominent credit references. Additional orders will not be processed before receipt and clearance of the previous order payment in full.

All orders will ship by USPS with insurance and delivery confirmation at the expense of the buyer. Orders over $500 will receive free USPS Priority Mail shipping.

Returns are available if initiated within 10 business days of receipt, if all items are returned in their original condition. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns due to damage after delivery will not be accepted. If items are damaged during shipping, they will be replaced at no additional charge.

No credit will be extended for loss due to theft after delivery.

Special design orders cannot be canceled and must have a 50% deposit once the order is established and confirmed.

Regular merchandise Orders may be canceled without penalty within 3 business days of the order date as long as the order has not been shipped already. Cancellations after this period will be subject to a actual shipping reimbursement fee and a 10% restocking fee.
