Cinnamon Water has many positive health benefits. The other day I came across a wonderful product “orange cinnamon infused water”. I purchased four bottles of it and now I am so excited to make some of my own. I am posting the recipe for the flavored water here and the instructions on making it. simple ingredients just 1 Cinnamon Stick, Orange Rind grated, a few drops of Pure Orange Oil added to  1 cup Water. Making this water is easy and you just need two ingredients. Simply drop a (cassia) stick in a pitcher of water and allow it to chill overnight.The water becomes infused with the subtle flavor of the cinnamon (for the mild version), and it’s quite good with carbonated water over ice. For a more pronounced flavor you can simmer the cassia stick in a pot of water on the stove; To serve it allow it to cool and serve it over ice. If you would like to add a slight citrus snap to it just add a bit of grated Orange rind into the water or a few drops of Orange essential oil (pure edible quality) and enjoy!

INGREDIENTS
1 Cinnamon Stick
1 Orange Rind Grated
1 Pitcher 6 to 8 cups Fresh Filtered Water
few drops of Orange Pure Essential oil (Optional)
